2. Nature of Services and Medical Disclaimer
Our programs provide physical exercise, Pilates instruction, and posture education. They do not constitute formal medical diagnoses or orthopedic surgery. You represent that you are physically capable of engaging in exercise and have consulted a healthcare provider if you have pre-existing medical conditions.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All video masterclasses, choreography, written guides, and graphics created by Marina Rolf are the proprietary property of PILATES BY MARINA LLC. Memberships grant a revocable, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial home practice.
4. Satisfaction Refund Guarantee
